At CamRequest, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information. In compliance with GDPR/AVG regulations and Google Play Developer policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What happens when you delete your account
Initiating an account deletion request will trigger the permanent removal of your information from our production systems:
- First, we will block your User ID from using CamRequest and remove all user Data next. If you would like to object your account removal, you can do so by objecting to it from the app.
- Profile & identity data: your username, email address and profile details are permanently wiped.
- Requests: all camrequests and coordinates tied to your account are permanently purged.
- Wallet & credit balances: any remaining free daily credits, purchased credit pack balances or active subscriptions will be forfeited upon account deletion.
- Broadcast logs: any stored flags or transient stream identifiers are permanently expunged.
- Financial & transaction records: please note that certain transactional records (such as invoices generated via stripe) must be retained for statutory periods to comply with dutch tax laws and accounting regulations.
